Early Years Room ManagerLocation: Woodford Green, IG8 0PNSalary: Up to £36,527.40per annum plus performance-related bonusHours Available: 36 hours per week (8:00am-6:00pm across 4 days) 45 hours per week (8:00am-6:00pm across 5 days) Lead, Inspire and Make a Difference in Early Years Education An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Early Years Room Manager to join a thriving and ambitious nursery setting in Woodford Green. The Role As the Early Years Room Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of your designated room, ensuring children receive outstanding care, welfare and educational experiences. You will lead and motivate a team of practitioners, oversee planning and assessment processes, monitor children''s progress, and maintain exceptional standards in line with the EYFS Framework, Ofsted requirements and nursery policies. Working closely with the Nursery Manager and wider leadership team, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support colleagues'' development and help drive excellence across the setting.
