Early Years Practitioners for September 2025

Ambassadors Resourcing is looking to expand our team of experienced full-time Level 2 and Level 3 Ealy Years Practitioners to work in temporary, short-term or long-term positions in a number of very popular day nurseries across the Birmingham area.
Job Description:
• The successful Early Years Practitioners will:• Show a passion for working with children in the Early Years and understand theimportance of meeting every child’s individual needs and interests• Provide and support exciting, imaginative, creative activities and playopportunities• Follow the policies and procedures, including the Safeguarding policies andprocedures of Ambassadors Resourcing and the setting• Develop positive relationships with colleagues, parents, children and outsideagencies, demonstrating excellent communication skills• Actively promote and support the safeguarding of all children, ensuring that atall times the policies and procedures of the schools and AmbassadorsResourcing are observed and responsibilities are understood
Requirements:
• The successful Early Years Practitioners:• Must have a Level 2 or 3 in Child Care and Education or the equivalent• Must have or obtain after interview an enhanced DBS and Overseas PoliceClearances (if applicable) and have a legal right to work in the country• Must have acceptable reference checks covering the previous 2 years fromprevious employers, including one from a childcare and education setting and/oreducational institutions• Will be subject to Check a Teacher’s Record and an online search as part ofAmbassadors Resourcing Safer Recruitment check• Will attend a face to face interview which will include questions aboutsafeguarding and the candidate’s understanding of working with childrenAmbassadors Resourcing:• Ambassadors Resourcing is committed to safeguarding and promoting thewelfare of children and expects every candidate to share this commitment• Ambassadors Resourcing have been evaluated as the number 1 supplier ofTeachers, Teaching Assistants and Nursery Staff with Birmingham, Sandwelland Wolverhampton City Council.
