What You''ll Be Doing

Every day is different, but you''ll be helping to create safe, nurturing, and inspiring environments where children can flourish.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting children''s learning through play and engaging activities
* Encouraging children''s social, emotional, and physical development
* Delivering high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework
* Creating a fun, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Observing, assessing, and recording children''s progress
* Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times

What We''re Looking For

Essential

* Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Early Years
* Valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate
* Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for supporting young children''s learning and development
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children''s welfare

Desirable

* Experience working in nurseries, schools, or children''s centres
* Experience supporting children from birth to five years
* Knowledge of child development and safeguarding procedures
* A flexible and positive approach to working in different settings
