They provide outstanding care and nurturing environments that make a real difference in the lives of children every day.Nursery Practitioner Duties:Provide a high standard of care and education to all childrenFollow the EYFS frameworkCreate a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for childrenBuild strong communication with parents, professionals, and colleaguesAssess and review children''s developmentImplement an effective key person approachProvide an enabling indoor and outdoor learning environmentMaintain and update personal records for each childEnsure the safety and welfare of all children is maintainedWork closely with the Room Leader and Senior Team to deliver outstanding educational experiences through practical and theoretical activitiesNursery Practitioner Requirements:Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 (or above) childcare qualificationAt least 12 months'' experience working in an Early Years settingStrong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and proceduresThe ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and childrenA genuine passion for childcare, child development, ..... full job details .....
