Are you a nurturing, enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity in a welcoming nursery setting?
We are currently working with a lovely nursery in Burnley that is seeking a dedicated and caring Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children''s learning, development and well being during those crucial early years.
The Role:
- Supporting children aged 0-5 years within the nursery setting
- Creating a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment
- Assisting with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
- Encouraging children''s social, emotional and educational development
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Supporting daily routines, including personal care where required
- Contributing to observations and assessments in line with the EYFS framework
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred)
- A sound understanding of the EYFS framework
- A patient, caring and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for helping children thrive
