What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:

• Supporting childrenandrsquo;s development following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Planning and delivering engaging, child-centered activities
• Creating a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment for all children
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Observing, documenting, and supporting developmental progress
