Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join an excellent nursery based near Wooburn Green The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education with either a level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children in the nursery setting. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners. YOU MUST HOLD A LEVEL 2 OR 3 QUALIFICATION IN CHILDCARE / EARLY YEARS OR EQUIVILANT FOR THIS ROLE. Salary : £27,000 - £29,300 per annum Hours: 40 hours over either 4 or 5 days Monday to Friday Location: near Wooburn Green Duties Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play. Build a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children. Observe and assess children''s development, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships. Manage daily routines and ensure the smooth operation of the nursery. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early years education. Follow the EYFS practice Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive approach to child development.
