Early Years Practitioner

Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified) Location: Anerley Salary: 28,100 - 30,400 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week, worked over either 4 or 5 days, Monday to Friday Join an Outstanding Nursery Environment We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a fantastic nursery setting in Anerley. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in nurturing children''s development, supporting their learning through play, and creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Important Requirement You must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or an equivalent recognised qualification to be considered for this role. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that promote learning through play. Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children. Observe, assess, and monitor children''s development and progress. Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues. Support the day-to-day operation of the nursery and maintain high standards of care. Follow and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
