Early Years Practitioner Required- Harrow Location: HarrowStart Date: ASAPHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our expanding Nursery team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and dedicated to providing high-quality care and learning within a nurturing, child-centred environment. Key Responsibilities of a Early Years Practitioner : Create a safe, secure, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework Observe, assess, and document children''s progress to support their development Act as a key person, building strong, supportive relationships with children and their families Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare procedures at all times Requirements of a Early Years Practitioner : CACHE Level 3 in Childcare/Nursery (or equivalent) A passion for promoting children''s learning through play A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teamwork Strong communication and organisational skills The ability to respond with warmth and humour when appropriate If you are a nurturing, creative, and dedicated Early Years Practitioner , we would love to hear from you.
