Qualified Nursery Practitioner - Full Time | September Start | South Croydon

Reeson Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established nursery in South Croydon to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioner for a full-time position starting in September. This opportunity is available on either a long-term or permanent basis, making it ideal for someone looking to establish themselves within a supportive early years setting.

The nursery prides itself on providing a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive environment where children are encouraged to learn through play, exploration and positive relationships. They are seeking an experienced practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality early years education and care.

The Role:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday

• September start

• Long-term with the opportunity to become permanent

• They have rooms for Babies, Toddlers and Pre-School

• Supporting children''s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities

• Building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues

• Maintaining a safe, caring and stimulating learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A minimum of 2 years'' experience working within a nursery or early years setting

• A Level 2 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or a higher recognised qualification)

• A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A caring, proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
