Early Years Practitioner - Stafford Location: Stafford (Post Code: ST16) Role: Early Years Practitioner Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Daily Supply Start Date: September 2026 Pay Rate: £85.44-£110 per day About the Role We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming school or early years setting in the Stafford (Post Code: ST16) area. The successful candidate will support young children in their early development, helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can learn, play and thrive. Key Responsibilities Support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Assist with engaging and age-appropriate learning activities. Support children''s personal, social and emotional development. Encourage language, communication and early literacy skills. Promote learning through play and practical activities. Observe and contribute to monitoring children''s progress. Support positive behaviour and children''s independence. Work closely with teachers, practitioners and other support staff. Maintain a safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environment. Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times. Requirements Previous experience working with children in an Early Years or school setting. A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning and development.
