We are looking exclusively for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who is committed to delivering the highest standards of early years education and care. You''ll have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and child development, while building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

About you

To succeed as an Early Years Practitioner, you must:

• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Have previous experience working in an early years setting
• Be passionate about delivering exceptional care and education
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Have a sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
• Be reliable, proactive, and committed to helping every child reach their potential
