Overview

Randstad is looking for passionate Nursery Practitioners who can provide nurturing care for children aged from 3 to 5 in a setting based in and around Manchester. The main responsibilities include creating engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), building trusting relationships with the children in your care, and working as part of a dedicated and passionate team. Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the EYFS and its daily requirements, including observations and assessments where necessaryBuilding key relationships with both children and parents to ensure trust and smooth transitionsCreating engaging activities for the children in your careProviding the necessary care requirements and developmental needs of Early Years children, such as feeding and supporting with individual daily routinesRequirements
