What we''re looking for A recognised Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Previous experience working within an Early Years setting An understanding of play based learning approaches Good written and verbal communication skills A strong knowledge of quality Early Years practice A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full potential A positive, team focused attitude Key responsibilities Take responsibility for a group of key children, ensuring their progress is observed, assessed, and supported Plan and deliver engaging play based activities that support children''s physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development Work as part of a team to create a positive and inclusive environment for all children Support children in their self led play, offering guidance where appropriate to extend their learning Promote and maintain the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children at all times Engage in continuous professional development in line ..... full job details .....
