Education Matters is currently recruiting a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive Early Years setting in Redbourn, Hertfordshire, from September 2026.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting young children''s learning and development through engaging, play-based experiences while creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

The Role As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support children''s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe, assess, and record children''s progress.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Promote high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing.

The Ideal Candidate To be considered, you will have:

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within a UK nursery or Early Years setting.
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
