Early Years Practitioner

Early Years Practitioner - Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming primary school in Ealing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to giving young learners the best start in life.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

• Ability to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment

• Confident in supporting children''s social, emotional, and educational development

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

The Role:

• Supporting children in the Early Years provision, working closely with the class teacher

• Planning and delivering stimulating activities in line with EYFS

• Supporting children with a range of needs, ensuring inclusion for all

• Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff
