Early Years Practitioner - Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)

Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Ability to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
Confident in supporting children''s social, emotional, and educational development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The Role:
Supporting children in the Early Years provision, working closely with the class teacher
Planning and delivering stimulating activities in line with EYFS
Supporting children with a range of needs, ensuring inclusion for all
Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff
