Early Years Practitioner – Level 3
Location: Epping
Position: Full-Time (4 or 5 days/week)
Salary: £25,500–£28,000 per annum

We are currently working with a newly opened nursery in Epping which is more than just a workplace—it's a space where your passion for early years education can truly shine. The nursery are building something special from the ground up, and are looking for a Level 3 qualified practitioner to join them on this exciting journey.
About The Nursery
They are open all year round (excluding one week at Christmas and bank holidays), offering a warm, inclusive environment where children feel safe, inspired, and supported. Located within close proximity to the Central Line and offering parking, they are easily accessible whether you're commuting or local.
The Role
You'll be part of a nurturing team committed to delivering high-quality care and education. Working full-time across 4 or 5 days per week, you'll complete 9-hour shifts (including lunch) between 7am and 6pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Supporting children's development and wellbeing
- Building strong relationships with families and colleagues
- Helping shape the culture and values of our new setting
