Job Title: Qualified Early Years Practitioner - Private Day Nursery (Permanent Role)
Location: Adel, Leeds
Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Our client, a well-established private day nursery in the heart of Adel, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic practitioner to join their close-knit team on a permanent basis.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you''ll play a key role in supporting children''s learning and development, delivering high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of experience in early years settings who''s ready to take ownership, drive best practice, and help shape the future of a thriving nursery.

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support the prime and specific areas of learning

• Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and carers

• Monitor, assess, and record children''s progress using observation and planning cycles

• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children

• Work collaboratively with the team, sharing best practice and new ideas

• Support children''s personal, social, and emotional development

• Uphold safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (or above)

• Minimum of 2 years'' experience working within an Early Years setting

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements

• Confident, proactive, and passionate about early years education

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, but also take initiative

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A confident, passionate individual who is not afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table
