Early Years PractitionerAspire People are currently recruiting for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to support within a welcoming early years setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young children during the most important stages of their development.The setting is looking for someone who can create a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment while supporting children through play-based learning and early development activities. The Role: Supporting children within Nursery and Preschool provision Assisting with early phonics, communication, numeracy, and social development Supporting learning through creative and play-based activities Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and confidence Assisting with observations and monitoring children''s progress Working closely with teachers, nursery staff, and parents to support pupil development Supporting children with varying needs and abilities within the setting The Ideal Candidate: Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (desirable) Experience working within a nursery, preschool, or school-based EYFS setting Strong understanding of the EYFS framework Warm, patient, and nurturing approach Good communication and teamwork skills Passionate about supporting early childhood development Why Work with Aspire People: Competitive daily pay rates Long-term and permanent opportunities available Support from a dedicated Aspire consultant ..... full job details .....
