Nursery Practitioner - Aspire People

Aspire People is delighted to be working with reputable nursery chains that are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join their teams.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, education, and support to children aged 0-5 years. You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop, and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Create a safe, welcoming, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children feel secure and encouraged to learn.
Plan and participate in engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children''s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Recognise and support children''s individual needs, interests, abilities, and stages of development.
Encourage children to develop their confidence, independence, communication, and social skills.
Assist with planning and implementing activities that support children''s learning and development.
Build positive and professional relationships with children, colleagues, parents, and carers.

What We Are Looking For

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (essential).
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring, patient, and positive approach.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A flexible and proactive approach to working hours and responsibilities.
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
