As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team to support children''s learning, development and wellbeing.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting children across the EYFS curriculum
• Creating a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment
• Supporting children''s communication, social and emotional development
• Helping children develop independence and confidence
• Working closely with teachers and other staff to meet individual needs
• Supporting observations, assessments and children''s progress
• Building strong relationships with children, staff and parents/carers

The successful Early Years Practitioner will have:

• A recognised Level 3 EYFS qualification - ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience working within an EYFS setting
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• A nurturing and patient approach
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A genuine passion for supporting children''s development

Candidates without a Level 3 EYFS qualification will not be considered for this position.

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate''s qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client''s pay policy.
