A friendly and inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest is seeking a committed Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years team on a permanent basis. Working alongside experienced teachers and practitioners, you''ll help deliver engaging learning experiences, nurture children''s development and create a positive, stimulating classroom environment where every child can flourish.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support children''s learning through engaging, play-based activities.
• Help create a safe, welcoming and stimulating Early Years environment.
• Work alongside teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Encourage children''s social, emotional and academic development.
• Observe, monitor and contribute to children''s progress and wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate

We''re looking for someone who:

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years, or a degree in Education or another child-related subject.
• Has previous experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Demonstrates a warm, patient and nurturing approach.
• Communicates confidently with children, parents and colleagues.
• Is organised, dependable and enjoys working as part of a team.
• Has a genuine passion for supporting young children''s development.
