Early Years Practitioner

We are currently recruiting qualified Early Years Practitioners / Nursery Nurses to provide flexible bank staff cover across a range of nurseries in Ware.

Job Title: Bank Early Years Practitioner (Level 2/3) - Flexible Nursery Work - Ware

Sector: Early Years / Childcare / Nursery
Job Type: Bank / Temporary / Ad Hoc
Salary: Competitive daily rates (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5
• Supporting nursery teams with daily routines and activities
• Ensuring safeguarding and welfare standards are met at all times
• Working across different early years settings as required

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting
• Flexible and reliable approach to work
• Availability between 7:00am - 6:00pm (varies by site)
