Early Years Manager Location: Norwich Salary: Competitive Contract: Full Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our nursery setting. As a qualified childcare professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the nursery provides a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment for children, staff and visitors. You will be a creative and reflective leader who can implement new ideas, drive continuous improvement and support and develop the staff team to achieve the highest standards of care and education. You will also build strong partnerships with parents and carers, encouraging their involvement in their child''s learning and development journey.
