Early Years Level 3 Practitioner

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly nursery team in Chorley. You will help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and develop through play and engaging activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
• Plan and support engaging activities that promote learning and development.
• Support children''s personal, social and emotional development.
• Observe, assess and record children''s progress in line with the EYFS.
• Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues.
• Encourage learning through play, exploration and age-appropriate activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
• Work effectively as part of the nursery team.

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years/Nursery qualification – essential.
• Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children''s welfare.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and families.
• A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning and development.
• Unqualified applicants cannot be considered for this position.
