Early Years Lead Full-Time Mainstream Primary School in Hemel Hempstead September 2025 Start Paid To ScaleSupply Desk is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hemel Hempstead, currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Lead to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time teaching position with additional responsibility for leading the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).The school provides a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and develop a love of learning. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the early years provision and supporting the ongoing development of staff and pupils in the phase. Job Description: Lead the planning and delivery of the EYFS curriculum, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.Teach within the Early Years classroom, modelling outstanding practice and supporting colleagues.Oversee assessment and progress tracking, using observation and data to inform planning.Work collaboratively with the leadership team to develop the Early Years strategy.Ensure the learning environment is inclusive, creative, and supports the needs of all learners.Build strong partnerships with parents and carers to support children s development.Contribute to transition processes into Reception and from Reception to Year 1.
