You will: Lead and manage a high-quality EYFS wraparound care setting Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with EYFS frameworks Support, guide and mentor Activity Leaders to maintain high standards of delivery Take ownership of daily operations within the setting Build strong and positive relationships with parents, schools and colleagues What We re Looking For Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential) Strong understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding practices Experience within an Early Years or childcare setting Confidence to lead a small team and take ownership of a provision Passion for child development and high-quality childcare Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills What We Offer ...
