Aspire People are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Didsbury to recruit a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Reception team from September. This is an exciting opportunity to support the school''s new Reception cohort, working closely with a number of pupils who are presenting with emerging barriers to learning. While no EHCPs are currently in place, the successful candidate will be confident supporting children with a range of additional needs, including suspected Autism and moderate learning difficulties, helping them to thrive within the classroom environment.
