      <description>Location: Didsbury | Salary: &amp;pound;95 - &amp;pound;110/day | Type: Temporary | Are you an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant with a passion for helping children make the very best start to their education?  Aspire People are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Didsbury to recruit a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Reception team from September.  This is an exciting opportunity to support the school''s new Reception cohort, working closely with a number of pupils who are presenting with emerging barriers to learning. While no EHCPs are currently in place, the successful candidate will be confident supporting children with a range of additional needs, including suspected Autism and moderate learning difficulties, helping them to thrive within the classroom environment.  The Role  Working alongside the class teacher and wider Early Years team, you will provide both 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils to:  Support children with emerging SEND needs and additional barriers to learning.
