Early Years Entitlement Funding, Payments and Monitoring Officer

Description Our local government clients in East London require an Early Years Entitlement Funding, Payments and Monitoring Officer. We are looking for someone to handle the financial payments for free childcare entitlement schemes for two-, three-, and four-year-olds, as well as the Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP), Disability Access Fund (DAF), and Inclusion funding. Your Key Responsibilities will include: Produce a range of financial and performance information relating to monitoring early education and childcare targets, including those required for internal and external evaluation. Communicate with and provide support around early entitlement funding to early years providers across the sector, including schools, Private Voluntary and Independent providers and Childminders. Qualification Essential GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics. Educated to degree level or equivalent demonstrable experience Advanced Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Social Media and CRM. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience Requirements - Criteria to be Evaluated at the Shortlisting Stage. 3 years'' experience in a performance management/ information analysis setting or financial management Experience of performance management within a large organisation, including target setting, performance indicator monitoring and service improvement.
