Early Years Educator (Level 3)Term-Time OnlyNursery SchoolFull-Time (8:30am 4:00pm)Term-Time OnlySeptember StartA welcoming and well-established nursery in the Lambeth (SW4) area is seeking a passionate Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their team on a full-time, term-time only basis from September 2025 through to the end of the academic year.The RoleAs an Early Years Educator, you will work with children aged 2 to 4 years, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and play-based learning in collaboration with teachers and Early Years professionals.Key responsibilities include:Acting as a Key Worker for a small group of children (up to 10)Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activitiesCompleting observations and learning records using online platformsSupporting children with additional needsBuilding strong relationships with parents and providing regular updates on progressCandidate Requirements:A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (meeting EYFS requirements)Demonstrated experience working within a nursery or Early Years settingA collaborative, flexible, and enthusiastic approachA strong understanding of child development and safeguarding practicesThis role is ideal for an experienced Early Years professional seeking a long-term, term-time only role in a nurturing and inclusive nursery setting.
