Early Years Educator

We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Educator to join an outstanding early years setting. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly motivated and supportive team that is committed to providing exceptional care and education for every child. While this role is initially temporary, there is the opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate who demonstrates commitment, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early childhood education. Key responsibilities: Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Build positive, nurturing relationships with children, supporting their individual learning and development. Observe, assess, and record children''s progress, using observations to inform future planning. Promote children''s wellbeing, independence, and confidence through play-based learning. Develop strong partnerships with parents and carers, sharing information about children''s achievements and development. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain the outstanding standards of the setting. Ensure safeguarding procedures and health and safety policies are consistently followed. Support the preparation and organisation of learning environments and resources. We are looking for someone who: Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
