You will play a hands-on role in creating meaningful learning experiences and helping every child feel safe, confident and supported. Key responsibilities • Provide a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, explore and thrive. • Plan and deliver age-appropriate experiences in line with the EYFS and children''s individual interests and needs. • Act as a key person where required, supporting observations, assessments and children''s next steps. • Follow safeguarding, health and safety, hygiene and nursery policies at all times. • Build warm, professional relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues and contribute positively to the wider team.
