As an Early Years Educator (EYE), you’ll:

To succeed as an Early Years Educator (EYE), you’ll bring:
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (will also accept a Level 2 who wants to gain their level 3 qualification)
- Experience working within an Outstanding EYFS setting
- A strong commitment to championing children’s rights and wellbeing
- Creativity, enthusiasm and empathy in your teaching approach
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
