About the Role as an Early Years Class Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating learning environment where children can develop confidently at their own pace. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities. Supporting children''s social, emotional and educational development through play. Creating a structured classroom environment that encourages independence and learning. Using indoor and outdoor learning spaces effectively. Monitoring and assessing children''s progress and maintaining accurate learning records. Completing observations, reports and learning journals. Leading and supporting classroom staff and promoting effective teamwork. Establishing positive relationships with children, parents, colleagues and external professionals.
