TieTalentWe are looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Years Tutor in the Northampton area to deliver L2, L3, and L5 Childcare apprenticeship qualifications. You will be joining a well-established and specialist apprenticeship provider in the Early Years sector. This is a home-based role with travel in the local region to meet with learners in their workplaces.This vacancy is open to experienced, qualified assessors and newly qualified assessors.Please note that due to the volume of applications we receive, only applicants who have answered the qualifying questions will be considered.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering vocational qualifications and preparing learners for end-point assessments, using coaching and assessment methods that comply with the National Standards and Awarding Body requirements.You will also need to provide high levels of support to learners and work closely with childcare providers to ensure that training provision meets their business needs. Achieving organizational targets for qualification achievement rates is a key responsibility of this role.In addition to teaching and assessing, the Early Years Tutor will handle administrative tasks, manage appointments, and stay up-to-date with the latest policies and procedures.
