Early Years Business Trainer/Assessor Hourly Rate: £30 - £35Location: HampshireJob Type: Temporary (Part-time considered)Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Temporary Early Years Business Trainer/Assessor to join our Department. This role is crucial for the delivery of learning programmes and assessment of learners on apprenticeship programmes, ensuring targets are met within planned end dates. The position is available until a permanent candidate is appointed, offering flexibility in hours for the right candidate. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver learning programmes, including assessment and review of learners on apprenticeship programmes.Ensure achievement of targets in relation to learner achievement within planned end dates.Work flexibly, with hours varying up to 29.5 per week, with fewer hours also considered.Provide temporary cover for 4 days per week, with consideration for candidates who can only commit to 2 days. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience in delivering and assessing learning programmes, particularly in early years or similar fields.Ability to manage multiple learners and meet educational targets.Flexible approach to working hours and ability to adapt to varying workloads.Strong organisational and communication skills.
