THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE Our client is looking for an experienced Childcare Trainer/Assessor to deliver and assess on pathway to a managerial role. The Trainer has the main responsibility for the delivery of high-quality training and assessments in an agreed time scale to nationally recognised standards. They will be responsible for monitoring Apprentice learning and progress throughout the programme and reporting progress in the agreed format, meeting agreed reporting deadlines. To deliver classroom-based and workshop sessions to Apprentices. To ensure each group is following the agreed program and schedule. To actively support fellow members within your team Reporting Apprentice issues to the Curriculum Manager To address any unwanted behaviours and classroom management issues following the agreed procedures To mentor Apprentices to achieve and learn professional skills required for the workplace To mark all Apprentice assessments and feedback to the individuals To continually review and develop support resources for Apprentices. To ensure your own skill sets are kept up to date and relevant. To promote an open safeguarding culture, where the protection of Learners is at the forefront. To be vigilant in your response and reporting of safeguarding concerns and disclosures To monitor the progress of the Apprentices allotted to you To ensure necessary assessment of Apprentices and reporting of any issues to the IQA Manager To ensure Apprentice registers are taken daily and ..... full job details .....
