This is a varied Early Years position combining work with young children and their families. The successful practitioner will work closely with parents, carers, Children''s Centre staff and other professionals, providing practical Early Years support both within the centre and out in the community. This role would particularly suit someone who has previously worked within a Children''s Centre, Family Hub, Early Help service, nursery outreach team or family support environment.
