Supply Desk is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join our network in Watford. If youandrsquo;re enthusiastic about supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning, growth, and wellbeing in their early years, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
• Planning and delivering creative, child-centred activities
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Observing, monitoring, and recording childrenandrsquo;s developmental progress

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for early years education
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• A relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
• A caring, patient, and positive attitude
• Flexibility to adapt in fast-paced environments
