As an Early Talent Program Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality early-career experience across EMEA. This will be achieved through structured programme delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and interns across both technical and non-technical teams, taking ownership of programme delivery. This is a highly visible role requiring strong collaboration, business acumen, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across different regions.
