West Mercia Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre (WMRSASC) is seeking to appoint an experienced, compassionate and highly motivated Early Intervention, Prevention and Assessment Practitioner to join our Purple Leaf service. This is an opportunity to contribute to specialist work aimed at preventing sexual harm and supporting children and young people, families, carers and professionals through high-quality assessment, consultation, intervention and training. The post also includes specialist assessment and intervention work relating to sexualised behaviours.About the RoleAs Early Intervention, Prevention and Assessment Practitioner, you will:Undertake risk and needs assessments and produce clear reports and recommendationsDeliver psychological, psychoeducational and therapeutic interventionsManage a defined caseload of clientsWork closely with children and young people, families, carers, professionals and partner agenciesDevelop and deliver specialist sexual violence training and educational resourcesMaintain accurate records, evaluation data and outcome reportingHelp develop service policies, procedures and practice guidancePromote ..... full job details .....
