      <description>Location: Rochdale | Salary: &amp;pound;21.34/hour | Type: Contract | 4Recruitment Services are seeking  a an experienced  Early Help Support Worker  to join our client in Rochdale within their  Early Help and Safeguarding Hub (EHASH).   Working as part of a dynamic multi-agency front-door team, you will play an important role in supporting children, young people and families by responding to referrals, gathering information, identifying needs and risks, and ensuring families receive the right support at the right time.  You will be responsible for triaging and screening referrals, gathering information from children, young people, parents/carers and professionals, and completing assessments and risk assessments where required. You will use your professional judgement to identify safeguarding concerns and ensure appropriate referrals are made to Children’s Social Care or Early Help services.  The role will involve direct contact with families and professionals, including home visits where required, so excellent communication, engagement and relationship-building skills are essential.
