This is a community-based role focused on safeguarding children and young people, supporting families and helping to improve outcomes through effective assessment, intervention and partnership working. The successful candidate will manage a varied and complex caseload, working directly with children, young people and families to identify needs, reduce risk and support positive and sustainable change.
