Early Help Review Specialist The purpose of the project is to undertake a comprehensive review of Early Help Services which includes Youth Services at a Local Authority, providing recommendations to re-shape the service in light of the shift in statutory services required through the Family First Reforms; SEND Reforms and National Youth Strategy.
