Early Help Lead Worker

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an Early Help Lead Worker on behalf of Swansea Council to work with children and their families in their Early Help Service. The role is hybrid working with a mixture of home working, visits in the community with service users and office based work. With the main office hub for this role being based in Gorseinon (SA4 4FE). As such, there is a requirement for the successful candidate to be a car driver as you will still be providing face-to-face support to families where applicable.Duties of the role:Complete Early Help Assessments and develop support plans with familiesFacilitate Team Around the Family meetingsCoordinate multi-agency support using a whole family supportCarrying out emergency interventions and support visits to familiesHolding a case load of families that you will work closely with alongside the assistance of the Social WorkerThe ideal candidate will have:Experience of working with young people and their familiesFull UK driving licenseEnhanced DBS checkBe able to work upon own initiative and within a teamThe role is a temporary, full time position for an initial period of 3 months with a view to this being extended on a rolling basis and is offering a pay rate of 18.35 PAYE per hour.
