Academics in Canterbury are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) to work across a range of lovely primary schools in areas including Canterbury, Thanet, Dover, Whitstable/Herne Bay, Folkestone/Hythe, and surrounding villages. Whether you''re looking for your first permanent role, a long-term placement, or flexible day-to-day supply to gain experience, we have opportunities to suit your needs and build your confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom where every child feels valued and supported
- Assess, monitor, and record pupils'' progress, adapting your teaching to meet individual needs
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers, and colleagues
- Promote positive behaviour and uphold the school''s values and ethos
- Take part in training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, events, and activities
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve it this academic year
- A genuine passion for inspiring and supporting young learners
- Good knowledge of the primary curriculum and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, resilient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups
- Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding practices and a commitment to child welfare
- Right to work in the UK
