Early Careers Talent Manager Location: Knutsford Service Centre, Cheshire Working pattern: Office-based, not hybrid. Regular UK and Ireland travel is part of the role. The Opportunity We re building an in-house recruitment, talent acquisition and talent management function to strengthen how we attract, select and develop our future talent. As an Early Careers Talent Manager, you ll be part of the small team running our early careers recruitment, including Graduate and Placement Year recruitment, from first university contact through to appointment and then supporting trainees on the programme. This is a great next step if you ve started your career in recruitment, HR, university careers or a similar people-focused role and want broader, hands-on experience across the whole early careers recruitment cycle. You ll be involved from day one and have a real say in how the new function takes shape, with support and development along the way.
