Working closing with the Head of Recruitment, duties include:Early careers - managing the recruitment of trainees across the firm including the strategy and managing relationships with universitiesProject management - vacation schemes, apprenticeshipsAttraction strategy - overall implementation of the graduate attraction pieceTeam managementApprenticeship strategyMarketing and brandingJob RequirementsYou will have previous experience of working in early careers ideally within a law firm and experience in an international environment would be an asset.
