Demonstrated experience in coordinating large-scale recruitment events such as assessment days and campus visits, including logistical planning and execution. Working knowledge with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferred Workday. Familiarity with managing candidate data and process flows within such systems is required. Good experience in handling large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in data management processes. Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use pivot tables, and perform data analysis to articulate and analyze feedback.
