Early Careers Programme Coordinator (12-Month Maternity Cover)

Hybrid

Are you an organised people coordinator who thrives on keeping programmes, projects and stakeholders running smoothly?

We''re looking for an Early Careers Programme Coordinator to join a high-performing Learning & Development team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a technology, digital, fintech, telecommunications, consulting or large corporate environment who enjoys programme coordination, stakeholder management and creating a great employee experience.

You''ll play a key role supporting graduate, apprentice and internship programmes, ensuring participants and managers receive an exceptional level of support throughout their journey.

What you''ll be doing

  • Acting as a first point of contact for graduates, apprentices and interns, providing guidance and support throughout key programme milestones.
  • Coordinating programme activities including onboarding, rotations, performance reviews, promotions and programme completion.
  • Managing schedules, communications, trackers and reporting to ensure activities run to plan.
  • Supporting managers with programme timelines, resources and performance processes.
  • Organising workshops, networking events, assessment centres and graduation activities.
  • Maintaining accurate programme data and tracking progress across multiple workstreams.
  • Working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and external training providers to deliver a seamless participant experience.

What we''re looking for

  • Experience coordinating programmes, learning initiatives, talent schemes, graduate programmes, training, HR operations or people-related projects.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience using spreadsheets, HR systems, ATS platforms or programme-tracking tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
  • Background from a technology company, fintech, telecoms business, professional services firm or large corporate organisation would be particularly attractive.

Why consider this role?

  • Join a well-established and highly regarded Early Careers team.
  • Broad stakeholder exposure across HR, Talent, Learning & Development and business leaders.
  • Opportunity to make a genuine impact on the experience of graduates, apprentices and interns.
  • Immediate start available.
  • 12-month maternity cover with a strong, supportive team environment.

If you''re passionate about delivering outstanding programme experiences and enjoy bringing structure, organisation and energy to people programmes, we''d love to hear from you.
